How Queue Management System works? 
The client has finally decided on the counter queue call system. It will operate this way. There will be people standing in line to be served by 5 counters. When a Counter is available to serve the next customer, he/she uses the wireless call button. A large display in front of the line will show the counter number and is possible also indicate the word "Counter" such as Counter 3. It will also audibly announce the Counter number. There is no need for multi-line display, only show the present Counter call number. This display will hang from the ceiling and be as large as possible. There will also be 5 Counter station lights (Red) as bright as possible. These station lights will illuminate when the Counter presses the call button.
